1. Is there a contract involved with purchasing a puppy?
Yes. We require everyone purchasing a puppy to sign a contract. This will ensure that the puppy you are receiving will have a clear bill of health and with our guarantee you have peace of mind. Download and review our contract
2. Do I have to place a deposit?
Yes. We require a deposit to assure that you will reserve your “pick” from the litters. It is a non-refundable deposit. Once a deposit has been placed you can change which puppy that your deposit is applied to. We will contact you when it is time to pick out your puppy, which takes place when the litter is 6 weeks of age. We will not hold a puppy until we receive a deposit. If you think it will take longer for the deposit to arrive, please let us know so that we do not give your “pick” away. The balance of the total is due when you either pick up the puppy or 5 business days before the puppy is shipped.
3. Do you ship puppies?
Yes. Puppies can be air shipped, but not until they are 8 weeks old. Weather conditions also play a role in shipping puppies. If the weather is either going to be too warm or too cold, it can cause a delay in shipping. So bear with us in extreme heat or extreme cold conditions. It is also possible that we can hand deliver puppies to parts of Arizona, Southern California, and parts of New Mexico. Puppies can be picked up at 8 weeks also.
4. How much is shipping?
Shipping is $375. in addition the price of the puppy. Shipping includes air fare, crate, and health certificate.
5. What should I feed my puppy?
We feed Diamond large breed Puppy Food.It is a great dog food, it's premium food that has great ingredients, high in protein. We ship puppies with some food, but we recommend that you purchase puppy food before your puppy arrives.
6. How often should I feed my puppy?
Ideally puppies should be fed three times a day for the first 4 months. Then switch to twice a day. You should never allow a puppy access to food at all times, it will be more difficult to house break your puppy. It is best to develop a routine with your puppy.
7. Do you guarantee your puppies?
Yes. Every puppy comes with a health guarantee of two years for hips and one year for all other genetic defects as part of your purchase (See Contract). If you suspect your puppy has a problem, You should take the dog to your vet immediately. If the puppy is found to have a genetic defect, the owner must present us with the Vet certificate, stating the problem. We will then take the puppy to our Vet for a second opinion. If the diagnosis is the same from both Vets, We will replace the puppy within the guidelines of the contract.
8. Can I get unlimited (full) registration?
We do offer unlimited registration, but we are selective to whom we give it to. There are many considerations that are taken into account and testing that must happen before a dog is bred. If we are comfortable that a breeder is aware of all time and cost that is required with unlimited registration and has the goodness of the breed at heart, then we will discuss unlimited or full registration. In some situations, it can be added later once testing is done and the owner is ready for the challenge.
9. What type of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal (3% additional charge), money orders, cashier's checks, and cash.
We will not schedule airline reservations for your puppy until full payment and a signed contract is received. It takes a few days to get confirmation from the airlines. To make sure your puppy will ship in a timely manor make sure you get your payment in the mail early.
10. How does the deposit "pick" process work?
"Picks" are divided by male and female. If you have “third pick male” then you would get the third choice of all of the males. Same goes for females. “Picks” are determined by the order we receive your deposit and completed contract.
11. When is full payment required?
Full payments is due 7 Days before we will schedule airline reservation. Without full payment, it will delay the scheduling of airline reservation for shipping your new puppy.
